Ongoing Career Opportunities:

  • Producer/Business Development Manager (multiple locations) ? National Brokerage teams partner with both large and medium domestic U.S. clients, some of which may have a Risk Manager and/or global operations. Clients in this business segment are domestic firms whose insurance and risk mitigation needs vary depending on industry, size, geography and the competitive environment in which they operate. Successful Producers effectively use Marsh sales tools to make initial contact with qualified prospects and conduct in depth dialogue while developing positive business relationships built on mutual trust. Additionally, Producers partner across the firm to utilize appropriate resources for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals; identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives; gather internal and external information including: industry risk profile, benchmarking, client strategic goals and objectives, market conditions report, total cost of risk, and current services. Lastly, Producers act as a visible leader in an industry and actively participate in industry associations, organizations, boards and charities, as appropriate, develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Business Analyst(multiple locations) ? Colleagues in these roles are responsible for working on a wide range of projects including strategy development, performance analysis and the execution of key initiatives. The role will offer exposure to a many functions including finance, operations, human resources, marketing and communications, risk management and business leadership.
  • Sales Executive (NYC & Boston) ? Seeking talented sales executives that have very strong technology and insurance (preferably risk management) backgrounds.
  • Sales Specialist, Personal Lines Sales (Urbandale, Iowa) - Marsh is currently expanding its Personal Lines Sales Team due to company-wide growth and is looking for motivated Sales Specialists. If you consider yourself driven, outgoing and competitive, the Sales Specialist role can be the first step in an exciting career path with Marsh. Marsh works with several of the top insurance carriers in the nation and provides excellent development opportunities for our colleagues.
  • Advisory Specialist (multiple locations) ? Our advisors apply risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients? exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for complex clients? needs. Advisory Specialists also determine the impact of solutions and articulate the value to clients through the identification of the need for new products and developing innovative solutions for clients.
  • Placement Representative (multiple locations) ? Assists Placement Specialist in reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs, reviews coverage specifications to be submitted to carriers/underwriters for accuracy, assists in the creation of the clients? program/marketing plans, assists in preparing proposal components including; analysis of: pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendation, identify differences against expiring, claims made, surplus lines, subjectivities, loss projections and cash flows.
  • TRAC Associate (Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York & San Francisco) - Marsh?s full-time Talent Recruitment & Accelerated Careers(TRAC) Program is designed to attract and develop the next generation of leaders at the firm. The two-year program comprised of two 12-month rotational assignments. Each rotation is customized to provide hands-on experience in both a client- and a market-facing role. As a TRAC Associate, you will benefit from a structured learning curriculum that is complemented by in-classroom training. Upon completion of the program, TRAC Associates will be placed into jobs across the firm that will focus on continued career development to promote leadership potential.
