While Minnesota National Guard troops are at Camp Vaernes, Norway, training during the 40th annual reciprocal troop exchange between the Norwegian Home Guard and the Minnesota National Guard, the St. Paul based Serving Our Troops organization made the journey to Norway to give both Norwegian and Minnesotan troops an American meal.
