Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, has been promoted to managing director of the Retail Services division. Yaniglos has been a part of the LandQwest Commercial team for two years and has an extensive background in commercial real estate development, construction management and third party leasing. He holds a bachelor of science degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Toledo. In 2010, he was responsible for more than 35 completed transactions totaling almost 150,000 square feet. Yaniglos represents such clients as Kimco Realty and Inland Group. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has earned the Certified Design, Development, and Construction Professional (CDP) designation through ICSC in 2007 and recently achieved senior level status for the same designation (SCDP).

Stock Development has hired Joyce Benson as a sales associate at Paseo in South Fort Myers. A native of Oconto, Wis. Benson lived in Green Bay, Wis. for 30 years. She has 12 years of real estate sales experience. Prior to joining the sales team at Paseo, Benson served as a sales associate with ERA Titletown Realtors, Commercial Horizons and Coldwell Banker TREG, all of Green Bay.

Susan Diamond has been a full-time Realtor since 2004, selling more than 280 properties in Ohio. She has worked extensively with investors, REOs and short sales. Diamond is a member of Naples Area Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and the Akron Area Board of Realtors and Akron Real Estate Investment Group.
Nancy Bitter is from upstate New York, where she earned an undergraduate degree in marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a graduate degree in education from Nazareth College of Rochester.
Born in France, Sharon Sahno grew up in Connecticut. She has a degree in science and moved to Naples in 2009. She has been self-employed for more than 25 years. Sahno is partnering with Janet Keenan at South Bay Realty.
Caron McCallister has lived in the Naples area for 12 years, currently residing in Vanderbilt Beach. McCallister specializes in seasonal and annual rentals, as well as residential real estate.
South Bay Realty has named its top producers for the month of August. The top sales listing agent is Terrilyn VanGorder, the top sales agent is Jeff Feldman and top rental booking agent is Louise Messina.
